Vehicle Service Agreement
Protect your vehicle’s hi-tech systems and displays from breaking down. During the agreement term we will cover the necessary cost to pay a repair facility, or at our option, reimburse you the cost to remedy any breakdown of the parts listed below. *
* The Tek-Protek Vehicle Service Contract product is optional and is not insurance. All transactions related to the optional Tek-Protek Vehicle Service Contract product are governed solely by the provisions of the Tek-Protek Vehicle Service Contract (“Agreement”).

Emergency Roadside
Assistance and Towing
TIRE CHANGES
Service provider will come to vehicle location and replace flat tire with Customer’s inflated spare. Repair or replacement cost of tire is responsibility of Customer.
EMERGENCY FLUID DELIVERY
Service provider will come to vehicle location to deliver normal types of emergency fluids needed to get the vehicle to the nearest service facility. i.e. gas, oil, water, etc. Cost of fluids will be responsibility of Customer.
DEAD BATTERY JUMP-STARTS
Service provider will come to vehicle location to jump-start a dead battery.
LOCKOUT SERVICES
Service provider will come to vehicle location to unlock the doors of the vehicle or provide assistance if the key is lost or broken. Cost of key replacement(s) will be Customer’s responsibility.
TOWING
Service provider will tow the vehicle as defined under Program Parameters of this Work Order. Towing under Roadside Assistance does not include Accident scene or secondary tow services for vehicles involved in collisions.
GONE-ON-ARRIVAL
Whereby SP was dispatched but the vehicle was not at the location.

WHY DO I NEED TEK-PROTEK FOR MY NEW CAR?
The more technology systems that are integrated in a vehicle, the more chances there are of a failure. The systems covered can be expensive to repair or replace, In some cases over $10,000. That is an extreme case, however it is not uncommon to see bills in the $3,000 -$4,000 range.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROTECTION LAST?
New vehicles, current model year and up to minus 2 years can receive 7 years from the date of purchase and unlimited miles. used vehicles, current year and up to minus 5 years can receive 5 years from the date of sale and unlimited miles.
WHERE CAN I GO TO GET REPAIRS IF NEEDED?
We recommend any franchised dealer in North America, if there is not one available, any repair facility in North America with ASE Certified technicians.
WHERE DO I GET IT?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices vary depending on make, age, and miles of your vehicle. Typically costs less than half the cost of a traditional service contract.
